The cold and the rain didn’t stop Bellflower kids and their parents from attending the City’s

downtown holiday tree lighting ceremony.  And of course, bad weather isn’t going to bother Santa, who helped City Council Members light the tree.  In fact, Santa brought with him some snow to mix with the misty rain.  The big jolly elf did go inside to meet with children, pose for photos, and listen to holiday wishes.  While families waited in line, they were serenaded by Dickens Carolers.
