Tickets On Sale For 2013 State of the City
Bellflower State of the City to Honor St. John Bosco High School Football Team
The City of Bellflower will host the 2013 State of the City program and luncheon on Thursday, February 21, 2013.
The annual event will be held in the Auditorium at Simms Park located at 16614 South Clark Ave. in Bellflower. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. and the event will begin at 11:30 a.m.
The 2013 program theme is “Charting a New Course” and will feature in-depth presentations by Mayor Dan Koops and City Manager Jeff Stewart on Bellflower’s accomplishments during the past year and what Bellflower leaders will need to navigate through for a positive future of the city.
The St. John Bosco High School Football team, school leaders and Football Coach Jason Negro will also be honored at the State of the City for their outstanding winning season and amazing achievement of being named the current champions of the Trinity Football League.
Tickets are $10.00 each and on sale now at the Information Desk inside Bellflower City Hall, 16600 Civic Center Drive and at the Simms Park Administration office, located at 16614 South Clark Ave.
