The Mission of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Bellflower is to eliminate blight through funding of capital improvements and cooperation with the private development community in realizing the economic development goals of the City.

Additionally, the Agency is required to increase and improve the community's supply of affordable housing for persons of low and moderate income.
