Dial-A-Ride
Offers curb-to-curb transportation for Bellflower residents 55 years or older, and disabled persons of any age.
- Travels within Bellflower city limits for any reason for 50¢ per one-way trip.
- Travels a short distance outside of city limits for medical purposes only for $2.00 per one-way trip.
- Trips must be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance and no more than 7 days out.

Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Membership is required and is free. Registration is accepted at Bellflower City Hall, 16600 Civic Center Drive, Bellflower during regular business hours. Please note that Bellflower City Hall is closed every other Friday. The person registering must be present and a photo ID and proof of Bellflower residency is required. If you need to transportation to City Hall, please call the reservation line at (562) 865-7433 and inform the dispatcher that you need a ride to complete your registration and they will arrange a free trip for you. Upon arrival to City Hall, enter the lobby and proceed to the Information Counter for assistance.
