Welcome to the Human Resources and Risk Management Page. The goal of the Human Resources Division is to make Bellflower a better place to live, work and play through the hiring and retention of qualified employees.

The Human Resources Division implements and maintains a central personnel system for the City, providing guidance and support to all departments for recruitment, selection, classification/compensation, employee benefits, employee relations, employee training, labor negotiations, performance evaluation, progressive discipline, grievance handling, staff development and other mandated personnel programs and processes.
