Free Virtual Fair Housing Workshop for Bellflower Residents

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Fair Housing Foundation hosts virtual Walk-In Clinics every Wednesday for the city of Bellflower. The appointment is free and open to the public. Residents will learn about how they are protected under fair housing laws, what their rights and responsibilities as tenants and landlords are, and how to deal with tenant and landlord disputes. Fair Housing Foundation can explain state and federal fair housing laws, discuss state and federally protected classes, notices, security deposit, rent increases, how COVID-19 has impacted housing including moratoriums and the COVID 19 Tenant Relief Act of 2020, and much more.
